The idea of Perfect Renovation was born in the heart of brownstone Brooklyn. It was love at first “site”. The beauty and charm of this historic area inspired the vision of a Design-Build company that would be influential enough to preserve and increase the esthetics of this unique environment.

While Perfect Renovation has been working in Brownstone Brooklyn long before, it moved into its current location in 2003. Our “home base” in Brooklyn Heights on Atlantic Avenue and Hicks Street is also known as “The Store”.

In 2004 we acquired our first red ‘Cushman’ vehicle, which quickly turned into the company’s mascot and trademark. The fleet has been grown ever since.

Over the years, the company has participated in several trade shows such as the Home-expo show, and community-street fairs like the Atlantic Antic and Smith Street’s festival.

We are members of several national professional associations, such as the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) as well as community groups like the Brooklyn Heights Association (BHA).

In 2006 we finally launched our Internet presence with this web site and now you can see our red shirts not only everywhere in the neighborhood, but also online.
