The Davies Bathroom Renovation was a specialized project focused on creating a luxury, serene escape. The existing primary bathroom was functional but uninspired, suffering from poor lighting and a cramped tub/shower configuration. Our core objective was to utilize the existing footprint to maximize openness, prioritizing high-end materials and thoughtful design elements that evoke a sense of calm and retreat. We focused on natural, earthy tones and textures, ensuring every fixture and finish contributed to the overall serene, minimalist aesthetic. • Spa Experience: Replacement of the old tub/shower combo with an expansive, curbless walk-in shower, complete with a rain head and custom lighting niche.
• Elevated Comfort: Installation of under-floor radiant heating and a large, fog-free mirror system for year-round comfort and luxury.
• Aesthetic Purity: Use of large-format, marble-look porcelain tile throughout the room and a floating custom vanity to create clean, uncluttered sightlines.

Scope Of Work Detail

The high-quality residential renovation of this primary bath involved an intensive focus on detail and specialized installation:

1. Demolition and Waterproofing: Full strip-out down to the studs, followed by rigorous waterproofing and subfloor preparation.
2. Specialized Tiling: Precision installation of custom porcelain tiles on all surfaces, requiring careful layout planning to minimize cuts and maximize aesthetic flow.
3. Fixture Installation: Plumbing and fitting of modern, matte black fixtures, including the dual-flush toilet and premium shower components.
