The Patel Family Residence was a comprehensive whole-house renovation spanning three floors. The primary challenge was the necessity of modernizing the layout and functionality of the home for a busy family while meticulously preserving the historical integrity and character that made the home unique. Key Objectives & Personalized Solutions

• Functional Modernization: Reconfiguration of the main floor to achieve a contemporary, open-plan kitchen and dining area suitable for entertaining and daily family life.

• New Primary Suite: Redesigning the entire top floor to create a luxurious, private primary suite, complete with custom storage and an expansive five-piece bathroom.

1. Structural Reconfiguration: Involved the removal of interior walls and installation of new structural supports on multiple floors.
2. Systems Upgrade: Full replacement of the HVAC system, updated electrical service, and new plumbing throughout the entire property.
3. Interior Finishes: Comprehensive Flooring & Custom Finishing, including the restoration and blending of original hardwood floors with newly installed sections.
4. Bespoke Design: Fabrication and installation of a custom kitchen, three new bathrooms, and custom built-in cabinetry in the new primary suite.
